Everything from the units to the flooring and ceiling work well together.We totally appreciated the fact that either Chris or Lesley would occasionally pop in to oversee the job. Having visited several firms we decided to choose Broadoak because of the high quality of their work (their showroom is fab), not having to pay subcontractors and the really friendly, helpful service we received. Leslie was excellent in suggesting ideas and designs, letting us take products home to try in our kitchen and we never felt pressured into agreeing to anything. The team started the work quickly and completed it to a high standard. They went above and beyond and nothing was a problem. The Broadoak workplan was thorough, and allowed for us to involve our own tradesmen for specific parts of the project. Broadoak handled the project from demolition of the old kitchen fittings, through the structural modifications and to final build and fit. And full marks to the fitters, who came up with some inovative solutions. Excellent finish, not cheap but then you get what you pay for.

Always there to answer any queries and provide advice, Chris designed our new kitchen from start to finish and he and his fitters worked tirelessly (alongside our builders) to get everything completed in time for Christmas). If you’re getting several quotes then Broadoak may not be the cheapest but I’m a believer that you get what you pay for and I’m more than happy with the price and excellent top quality fittings. Even though I pestered him with queries and changes, Chris remained friendly and helpful throughout and has remained in touch afterwards to make sure we have no issues or concerns. So when I recently decided to have some further developments / upgrades to the kitchen and bathroom I knew where to go.  Excellent  advice on design and the latest quality materials. Superb team doing the installation, very effectively managed.  Great  communication  throughout.  Ingenious solutions  to anything that might seem a bit tricky. As previously I am absolutely thrilled with the finished result. 					Had a fantastic experience with everyone at Broadoak. Went with them as they’re a local firm, not one of the big national businesses, and were not disappointed. Lesley in the office met us a few times, and came up with lots of ideas and potential layouts for us, as well as altering our order plenty because we kept changing our minds! The process was quick, and their guys were installing the kitchen in no time. They were efficient and friendly, and very grateful for hot drinks and biscuits 🙂 Kept me informed when I was there. Broadoak sub-contracts for plasterers, electricians and gas-fitters, each of whom they use a lot, and I recommend them too – we had the plasterer come back to do a ceiling for us! I did the floor myself, and a couple of the lads came round afterwards to trim the bottoms of the plinths so they fit in nicely, at no extra cost. We’ve got a great new kitchen, and couldn’t recommend Broadoak enough!

					It is now 10 years since Chris and his team provided me with a new kitchen, bathroom and central heating system. Everything from start to finish was outstanding. I particularly loved the one stop shop aspect of it. From advising on design, through sourcing to fitting and finishing, all managed together efficiently, professionally, on time and always with a smile! I LOVE the finished outcomes! Since then if I have needed anything changing, no matter how small, they have been there to sort it. I’m now looking to make some very significant changes / upgrades and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. It’s already been very exciting looking at all the latest developments in design and materials. Don’t wait until you know what you want before you contact them as they will come up with ideas, suggestions and solutions you could never dream of! I’ve asked for the work to be done in the Spring of 2019. I’ll be back to tell you what I think of the experience and the completed job in due course.

					We gave Chris a blank sheet approach to his recommended design for our 150 year old Victorian property. He did not disappoint. He was very patient whilst we went through the detail and made changes and sometimes changed them back again!! The result has been a new kitchen that is transformational. The quality of the units is excellent and the new NEFF appliances give us every modern convenience. Because of the age of our house some unforeseen problems were encountered on installation but Chris and his fitting team dealt with them professionally and kept us fully informed and engaged throughout, helping us to find our way through to the finish.
