We’re Fundraising for Lesley!

Lesley has worked with us at Broadoak Kitchens for the last 15 years. She has been diagnosed with Terminal Kidney Cancer.

We are Cycling 50 miles (or as many as we can) on Saturday the 28th of October and Dan is Shaving all of his hair off the same evening to raise some money for Lesley to do with as she pleases.

Update: We have raised £3500 for Lesley! Thankyou to everyone that donated it is very much appreciated.

Quooker Cube Now on Display at Broadoak

With the new CUBE, you can now also dispense sparkling and chilled water from the Quooker tap.

The tap that does it all

The new function makes life in the kitchen even easier. It saves you time and space, it means you no longer need to use plastic bottles and it is completely safe. To dispense sparkling water, press and turn at the same time. The illuminated ring that turns red to indicate boiling water now flashes blue: sparkling water comes out of the tap. And if you hold down the button for slightly longer and then turn it, you get filtered water. So it’s impossible to dispense boiling water when you want sparkling water.

We had a substantial renovation, combining our previously separate dining room and kitchen in to one open plan space. The new kitchen has totally transformed our downstairs living space and a year later we still love it.Chris and the team were professional and provided exemplary craftsmanship when fitting our kitchen. The materials are of a high standard and the kitchen still looks brand new despite being lived in by a family of four with young children. This meant removing all of the old plumbing, dividing units and existing fitted wardrobes. We went straight to Broadoak for an estimate. We got them to undertake the work without hesitation. We drew my own basic ideas onto paper and Lesley transferred these into more detailed plans which matched our ideas perfectly.The work was undertaken with care and any queries we had answered immediately despite COVID. The finished outcome was exactly what my wife had in her head. Not only did we have new wardrobes fitted but also plastering, electrical work, new flooring and ceiling. The whole job was overseen by Broadoak.There were a couple of minor snagging issues that we noticed after completion but these were rectified quickly.We are running out of rooms to transform now but if we think of anything in the future our first stop will be Broadoak. read less

Everything from discussing your plans right through to the finished job is first class. The guys take care in undertaking their work and keep you updated throughout.We were concerned that we do not have the size of kitchen that appears on the website. However, Lesley came up with the perfect design to suite the dimensions of the room. So don’t think they would not look at working on a small kitchen. Everything from the units to the flooring and ceiling work well together.We totally appreciated the fact that either Chris or Lesley would occasionally pop in to oversee the job. They were always there to discus any queries.Some people may say that we paid a lot for the kitchen but you get what you pay for and there have been no issues. Broadoak have also installed our bathroom and in the next week our bedroom. read less
